About the Role :
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, youll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Whether its via phone, email, or in person, youll provide outstanding support, resolve inquiries quickly, and ensure every customer feels heard and valued. Your role is essential to creating positive experiences and supporting our team behind the scenes.
What Youll Do :
Greet customers warmly and respond to their questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and careManage incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins efficiently while maintaining a positive, helpful attitudeMaintain accurate customer records and assist with order processing and timely follow-upsCollaborate with your team to continually improve service processes and customer satisfactionSupport general office administration to keep everything running smoothlyObtain Property & Casualty and Life / Health insurance licenses (we provide paid training!)Whats In It For You?
