Join a compassionate and fast-paced pediatric practice as a Clinical Receptionist, where your attention to detail and warm personality will help create a welcoming experience for patients and families. This is a front-line role that blends administrative excellence with meaningful patient interaction.

As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and positive patient experiences. Your responsibilities will include :

• Greeting and checking patients in and out with professionalism and care
• Answering incoming calls and routing them appropriately
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Verifying patient information and ensuring accuracy in records
• Supporting registration processes using medical terminology
• Providing general administrative and clerical support to the clinical team

This role is based in a pediatric medical office with working hours between 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 30 PM, typically 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
