The job : As a Security Officer at Mandalay Bay, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees while delivering exceptional service. You will patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible presence to uphold a safe and welcoming environment. All duties are performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.

The starting rate : $18.54 hourly The day-to-day :

• Patrol and monitor all areas of the property
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and employees
• Act as a first responder in emergency situations
• Perform gaming drops / transactions, including carrying drop boxes and chip carriers
• Resolves complaints and issues involving both guests and employees
• Responds to emergencies as needed
