Superintendent - Ground Up Multifamily - National Developer

About Our Client

Our client is seeking a Superintendent with 7+ years of multifamily experience to oversee onsite construction operations for large-scale projects in Milton and Worcester. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality project delivery while mentoring field teams.

Job Description

• Oversee the financial health of projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure all onsite operations are conducted safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Communicate regularly with clients, serving as their primary onsite point of contact.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the professional growth of the construction team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :

• 7+ years leading multifamily construction operations.
• Experience with P6, Procore, or similar construction software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commutable to Worcester, MA.
