Job description

We're seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. The Receptionist will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and support the veterinary team in ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

Schedule & Pay :

  • Tuesday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM.
  • $18 per hour

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Answer and direct phone calls; schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle client inquiries regarding services, policies, and general pet care questions (non-medical).
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling client and patient information.
