LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified General Surgery NP in Wisconsin!

About The Position

We are seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin. This opportunity starts on Oct 13, 2025, and spans 120 days, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with day shifts from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm in an outpatient clinic setting. Recent wound care clinic experience is required for this role, which focuses on providing specialized care to patients with diverse wound management needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver wound care management services in an outpatient clinic environment
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic wounds
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinic staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
  • Educate patients and families on wound prevention and care strategies
  • Adhere to clinical protocols and best practices for wound management
