Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time, Pain Management & PM&R)

Burbank, CA | Premier Pain Management & PM&R Practice

We are a Premier Pain Management and PM&R practice seeking a California-licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our upbeat, dynamic team! Our multidisciplinary approach combines non-pharmacological treatments (PT, psychology, acupuncture), interventional procedures (spinal, joint, nerve injections, neuromodulation, RFA, etc.), and pain medications.

We do not prescribe high-dosage opioids.

This is a part-time role (3 days / week) with the opportunity for full-time in the near future .

Compensation : $68.00 – $100.00 / hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Conduct histories & physical exams related to pain, spine, and musculoskeletal medicine
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic pain conditions
• Manage patients in outpatient clinic and occasional inpatient / SNF consults
• Order & interpret diagnostic tests and labs
• Prescribe medications and initiate non-pharmacological treatments
• Educate and counsel patients & families on pain management options
• Coordinate care and facilitate referrals as needed
• Adhere to safe patient management and prescribing protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians and specialists
