Position Overview

The Installation and Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the field installation and service departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of electrical and digital signage systems, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and manage installation and service crews
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project execution
• Manage field operations including site surveys, installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, permits, and electrical codes
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and vehicles used in field operations
• Hire, train, and develop field personnel
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Track project progress and report to upper management
