A company is looking for a Support Tech III to provide customer support and troubleshoot software issues.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and process customer calls, providing timely resolutions and educating customers on product use
Document customer interactions and manage ongoing issues while supporting advanced skillsets and mentoring fellow team members
Draft knowledgebase articles, create training content, and participate in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
Typically 4 or more years of related experience
High School education, vocational training, and / or on-the-job training
Advanced knowledge of HSPS Dental Software(s) or equivalent
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, database structure, and networks
Bachelor's degree preferred
