Our client, a leading manufacturer, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Eastlake, OH. This is a full-cycle AR position that includes cash applications, invoicing, account reconciliation, and proactive communication with customers to resolve discrepancies. What You’ll Do

Apply incoming payments accurately

Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy

Prepare and distribute invoices to customers

Assist with collection efforts on past-due accounts as needed

Document all communications and maintain updated records in AR systems

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience in a full-cycle role

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication skills for customer interaction

Pay Details : $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
