Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment? Our growing, mid-sized commercial general contracting firm based in the Carolina's is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to join our team in Raleigh and oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects across the Triangle.
As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in leading on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule are upheld from groundbreaking to closeout.

What You’ll Do
As a Superintendent, you will :
- Lead all on-site construction activities and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards
- Coordinate and manage daily job site logistics, including material deliveries, inspections, and trade scheduling
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Participate in pre-construction planning, project scheduling, and progress reporting
- Resolve on-site challenges promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (ground-up and / or renovations)Experience managing projects in the $2M–$50M+ rangeExperience in Healthcare or Higher Education a major plusSolid knowledge of building systems, blueprints, codes, and safety regulationsProven ability to lead field operations and manage subcontractorsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with project management tools and scheduling software (Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.)OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)Why Join Us?
