Entry-Level Real Estate Agent – Build Your Foundation the Right Way
Where you begin your real estate career can make a major difference. This opportunity is designed for newly licensed or entry-level agents who want real structure, consistent mentorship, and daily guidance instead of trying to figure everything out on their own.
In this role, you’ll focus on the core activities that actually drive results — prospecting, clear communication, consistent follow-up, and building strong client relationships. With step-by-step coaching and clear expectations, you’ll develop the habits and confidence needed to succeed long term, rather than relying on trial and error.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team environment where accountability, growth, and support are part of the culture. You’ll work closely with experienced, producing agents, attend regular training sessions, and actively build your pipeline by connecting with buyers and sellers. You’ll also learn how to stay organized using CRM systems, manage your follow-up, and track your progress as you grow.
