About the Role

As an IT Operations Specialist I (P2) , you will provide essential onsite IT support to employees and assist with daily IT operations at our corporate office. This role is fully onsite at our Bengaluru Office, 5 days a week, and ensures that employees have a smooth and reliable technology experience. You will help maintain IT systems, support conference room technology, and provide hands‑on assistance for devices and user requests.

This role reports to the IT Operations Manager and works closely with the IT Service Desk, IT Operations Support team, and the Places & Office team.

Responsibilities

Onsite IT Operations & Office Support

• Act as the onsite IT support resource, responding to employee requests and incidents.
• Ensure conference rooms, IT systems, and shared office equipment are functioning properly.
• Assist with IT asset management, including device provisioning, check‑in / check‑out, and tracking.
• Partner with IT and Security teams to follow access control and compliance policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

Strong troubleshooting skills for common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).Knowledge of IT asset management practices.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
