About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be a foundational member of Rippling’s IT Implementation team. As an Implementation Manager, IT you will partner with our largest customers (US and Global), work with their IT departments to understand requirements, guide and train them to adopt our Apps, Devices, Identity, and Inventory Management Solutions, and manage an evolving book of business.

• Become an expert on Rippling’s IT offering—be a go‑to resource for clients within 30 days and an IT subject‑matter expert for colleagues within 60 days.
