Radiology Technologist Job Details
Location : Twin Falls, ID 83301 (Idaho healthcare jobs)
Assignment Type : Travel Radiology Technologist contract
Start Date : November 3, 2025
End Date : February 2, 2026
Duration : 13-week travel assignment
Estimated Weekly Pay : $2440 - $2620
Shift : 7 on / 7 off schedule (Thursday-Wednesday working, then off until the next Thursday)
Hours : 72 hours per pay period; shifts are 2pm-12 : 30am (Thurs, Fri, Mon, Tues, Wed) and 2pm-1 : 30am (Sat & Sun)
Guaranteed Hours : 36 / 48 hours rotating per two weeks
Setting : Acute care, Radiology Department
Scrubs : Surgical scrubs provided
Radiology Technologist Qualifications
Active ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist in a clinical or acute care setting
Experience with C-arm and operating room (OR) procedures required; fluoro experience preferred
Familiarity with EPIC EMR and McKesson / Change Healthcare PACS is a plus
Ability to float to ER, inpatient, outpatient, and OR as needed
Willingness to work a 7 on / 7 off schedule with rotating weekends
Must comply with facility's 50-mile radius rule
Radiology Technologist Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including general X-ray, fluoroscopy, active barium swallow, and swallow studies
Operate advanced imaging equipment (Philips, Siemens, CareStream, OEC C-arms)
Deliver imaging services in ER, inpatient, outpatient, and OR settings
Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC and PACS systems
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards
Participate in up to 3 shifts of department-specific orientation
