With the right coverage people can have security and peace of mind for themselves and their family. The Broker Support Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with IPROS contracted Agents.

The Broker Support Specialist will assist appointed independent agents and agencies in commission related questions, commission payment status, enrollment processing verification and status, RTS (ready to sell) support, enrollment kits ordering, promo item orders, web enrollment support, benefits support.

RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities Work with our independent broker partners, agencies, field marketing organizations, by developing and distributing educational and informational materials, coordinating product and policy communications, and supporting broker / sales events, which allow them sell more, earn more, and support IPROS on-going growth and success.

Follows policies and procedures and job aids to maintain efficient and complaint operations; communicates suggestions for improvement and efficiencies to management;

identifies and reports problems with workflows following proper departmental procedures; actively participates in departmental staff meetings and training sessions.

Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills to get to the heart of the broker / agent’s issue. Work with both internal Sales team and / or external brokers on assigned projects.

Act as a liaison for internal IPROS departments and external agency / broker partners. General Office & Clerical / Administrative Work.

Respond to broker inquires through email inbox. Help the supervisor with the review of call logs to identify any trends.

Assist the management team in developing strategies to address the trends. Virtual Event Coordination, scheduling, and support for training purposes.

Other duties as assigned. Physical & Working Environment Physical requirements needed to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation : Must be able to travel when needed or required.

Ability to operate a keyboard, mouse, phone and perform repetitive motion (keyboard); writing (notetaking). Ability to sit for extended periods;

stand, sit, reach, bend, lift to fifteen (15) lbs. Ability to express or exchange ideas to impart information to the public and to convey detailed instructions to staff accurately and quickly.

May occasionally be required to work irregular hours based on the needs of the business. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.

Bilingual in Spanish. Familiar with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations. Exceptional customer service skills, including verbal and written communication.

Analytical and detail oriented. Ability to organize, multitask and problem solve. Positive interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technology proficiency includes comfort with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), MS Teams, Zoom, Adobe Pro, etc.
