Intake Patient Care Representative

A company is looking for an Intake Patient Care Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Admit new patients and verify insurance information while completing admissions paperwork

Answer incoming calls for intake patients and assist with overflow as necessary

Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Minimum of 2 years related experience

Preferred experience in a medical office or customer service setting

Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience in healthcare and knowledge of insurances is a plus
