Systems Engineer - Microsoft Services

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Microsoft Services Engineer to support and enhance our Microsoft-based infrastructure and cloud services. This role involves working across multiple Microsoft platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and on-prem Microsoft Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft solutions that align with business needs and security standards.

In this role, you will...

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft services including Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Provide advanced support for Microsoft technologies including Exchange, Server, Teams, and Intune.
• Implement and manage identity and access solutions using Azure AD, Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security across Microsoft platforms.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies, updates, and best practices.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for candidates with...

Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-500, or equivalent.
