Job Description

Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, and bid proposals for luxury interior projects. Analyze construction drawings and specs to determine full project scope. Solicit pricing and scope from subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure complete and competitive bids are submitted on time. Collaborate with design and project management teams for bid accuracy. Participate in pre-bid walkthroughs and client meetings as necessary. Maintain organized documentation and historical cost data for future reference. Transition awarded bids to project management for execution.

The Successful Applicant

2-3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction. Strong expertise in high-end interior fit-outs, including hospitality and office space. Hard bid estimating experience is a major plus. Proficiency with estimating tools (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam). Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
