Regional Sales Director

We are supporting a well-established organization in the medical technology space that is experiencing strong market growth. This role will lead commercial strategy and performance across a defined region, with responsibility for revenue, field execution, personal territory sales, team development, and customer engagement. The ideal leader brings a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with direct experience selling capital equipment into clinical or aesthetic practices and developing high-performing sales teams.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that accelerates growth and expands market share in medical aesthetics
• Lead, coach, and empower a team of sales and clinical professionals to consistently exceed revenue and adoption goals
• Identify emerging trends and competitive dynamics to uncover new business opportunities and drive regional performance
• Strengthen partnerships with key physicians, practice owners, and aesthetic stakeholders through field engagement and strategic account planning
• Collaborate with marketing, training, and leadership teams to optimize product education, onboarding, forecasting, and regional resource allocation
