JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a User Experience / Product Design professional to lead the discovery, design, and delivery of solutions for complex accounting and financial workflows. This role involves identifying customer problems, conducting research and competitive analysis, and developing design concepts that balance user needs with business goals. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the product triad (PM, PD, XD) and engineering teams to translate designs into high-quality solutions, while quickly onboarding to complex subject matter.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Lead user research and experience audits to uncover opportunities and validate design decisions.
• Create prototypes, design concepts, and specifications that balance user needs with business goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering partners to drive projects from concept to launch.
• Build expertise in accounting-focused products to ensure solutions address real-world user challenges.
