Registered Nurse

Job Summary :

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness, with a focus on Level 3 or 4 NICU patients. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The position requires strong communication and collaboration skills with patients, providers, and team members.

Location : Portland, Oregon, United States

Responsibilities :

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the NICU (Level 3 or 4).
• Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Float between units based on unit needs.
• Standby on-call when not needed on the unit.
• Document patient care and related duties appropriately.
• Float to other units and facilities as needed.
