About the role

Meet prequalified homeowners and canvass nearby streets. Use tablet quotes to complete the sale in a single visit when possible.

What you’ll do

Canvass mapped neighborhoods; meet scheduled leads.

Needs check → options on tablet → e-sign + schedule .

Log doors / visits / demos / closes after each block; zero backlog by EOD.

Weekly huddles : coaching and leaderboard.

What you’ll bring

Friendly, confident face-to-face skills.

Coachable; scripts and repeatable flow.

Some evenings / weekends as needed.

Driver’s license, vehicle, smartphone with data; U.S. work authorization.

Spanish a plus.

Compensation & growth

Commission-based with paid training , uncapped commissions, and weekly / monthly bonuses.

OTE $40,000–$60,000+ ; path to Team Lead / Manager-in-Training .
