Maintenance Technician Qualifications / Responsibilities :

• HVAC certification required. CPO preferred.
• Maintenance Experience : Previous experience in apartment maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Problem-Solving Abilities : Demonstrated ability to identify and address maintenance issues efficiently.
• Valid Driver's License : Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability : Flexibility to respond to maintenance emergencies outside of regular working hours.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, and appliance maintenance.
• Conduct apartment turnover repairs and ensure units are move-in ready for new residents.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring resident satisfaction.
