Full Job Description
The Export Sales Department in Midland,TX, is responsible for the sales of power electronics equipment for various oil & gas and industrial markets. Customers typically include oil service companies, OEMs, EPCs, and dealers in industrial sectors. The equipment we develop, manufacture, and service primarily includes low- and medium-voltage drives, downhole sensors, and linear ESP systems.
We are looking for a Client Relations & Operations Manager to join our team in Midland.
This role combines two main areas of responsibility :

Job Specifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, petroleum, or international relations
3+ years of experience in a technical or industrial environment
Previous experience in operations, logistics, facility management, or client support.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proven ability to manage customer relationships, build trust, and ensure long-term cooperation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
