Assistant Manager

Assistant Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Assistant Manager plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently.

Assistant Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Assistant Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.

Requirements :

• Ability to work a 40+ hour week
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
• Manage a staff of approximately 3-20 employees.
• Interview, train, and develop new crew members. Take disciplinary action when necessary.
• Ensure company policies are followed while providing leadership and direction to all employees.
• Resolve customer issues quickly with world-class customer service.
• Ensure that health, safety, and security rules are followed at all times.
• Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, communication, standing and moving about the store the entire workday.

Salary :

• $40,000 a year
• Bonus
