Dental Receptionist

Responsibilities :

• Contacts the patient - Phone, Text, and Email.
• Schedules and confirms appointments.
• Requires good telephone technique and manners.
• Manages Patient Records - Update contact information, forms, insurances, etc.
• Manages Business Records, Manage working with partners.
• Handles patient's reception - Greeting, Payments, Post Op instruction, etc.
• Prepares Written Communication - Referral, Rx, etc.

Working days :

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday (1st and 3rd).
