This role requires a strong mix of relationship management, technical fluency, and project leadership.

Responsibilities :

  • Own and drive the roadmap for partner integration, from onboarding to optimization
  • Identify and mitigate risks across workstreams to ensure timely project delivery
  • Deep dive into challenges and blockers, proposing creative and scalable solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates effectively across teams
  • Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment and accountability

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in product or program management
  • Strong Excel skills (preferred tool for this role)
  • 1+ year of external-facing experience (sales, product, program, or project)
  • Proven ability to drive roadmaps and deliver results
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in FMCG (e.g., snacks, beverages, toiletries, cleaning supplies) across business analysis, retail operations, inventory, or category management
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, German)
  • SQL proficiency
  • Top 3 Must-Have Skills :

  • Project management experience
  • Experience owning and driving product roadmaps
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • What's In It for You :

This role places you on the front lines of a major grocery expansion initiative. You'll gain hands-on experience working with diverse partners, solving real-world challenges, and contributing to a high-visibility program. The work is fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven, with tangible impact across the business.
