This pivotal Business Development role focuses on driving growth in the U.S. ADC market through proactive client engagement and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with ADC clients, influencing decision-makers, identifying market needs, and gathering competitive insights. You will also lead negotiations and drive deal execution to secure new business, supporting the company's strategic growth in the ADC field.

- Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and Strengthen ADC Client Relationships in the U.S.
- Build and expand relationships with ADC clients by understanding their unique business needs and technical challenges.
- Deliver customized solutions that address client pain points, fostering long-term value and trust.
- Engage with clients through meetings, presentations, and industry events to cultivate new partnerships.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Establish a robust client network to support sustainable ADC business growth.
- Drive Client Engagement and Influence Key Stakeholders
- Proactively reach out to current and potential ADC clients to promote the company's offerings.
- Conduct detailed discussions to understand client priorities and influence their decision-making processes.
- Effectively showcase the company's technical strengths and service benefits to stand out in the U.S. ADC market.
- Enhance strategic relationships with stakeholders essential for business development.
- Identify Market Opportunities and Customer Needs
- Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously identify evolving needs and market opportunities.
- Stay updated on ADC industry trends and regulatory developments to anticipate shifts in client demands.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and project management, to align with client requirements.
- Assist in formulating commercial strategies based on current market intelligence.
- Gather and Analyze Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor competitors’ activities, including product launches and strategic developments.
- Leverage market research tools to evaluate competitors' market standing and strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to support internal decision-making and competitive positioning.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance the company's market advantages in the ADC sector.
- Lead Contract Negotiations and Drive Business Breakthroughs
- Take charge of leading commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and project execution with U.S. ADC clients.
- Articulate the company’s technical advantages and operational capabilities to secure client confidence and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create flexible commercial terms that meet client needs.
- Achieve significant growth in the U.S. ADC business by securing projects and expanding market presence.
- Contribute to the overarching goals by meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Qualifications :
- A Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Biology, Pharmacy, or related life science field is required.
- 1-2 years of business development experience in the CDMO industry focused on ADC services.
- Existing ADC client connections or experience in forming strategic partnerships is essential.
- Proven ability to identify and engage ADC clients, fostering strong relationships and closing deals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ADC-related scientific principles and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of the ADC development process and relevant clinical and commercial considerations.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is crucial for effective cross-border communication.
