Full-Time | 7 on / 7 off | Day Shift

Shift Hours :

7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Annual Shifts : 182 shifts per year

Position Overview :

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking dedicated and team-oriented

Hospitalists

to join our growing inpatient teams in the

East Florida Division . This is a full-time employed position with a

7 on / 7 off schedule , working

12-hour shifts

totaling

182 shifts annually .

Our hospitalist teams are well-supported, highly collegial, and committed to delivering whole-person care that reflects AdventHealths mission of

Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ.

Practice Highlights :

Block schedule :

7 days on / 7 days off

12-hour shifts : 7 AM - 7 PM (day)

or

7 PM - 7 AM (night)

Epic EMR across all campuses

Opportunities to work at multiple locations in Volusia and Lake counties

Strong specialist support and collaborative team environment

No procedures required; optional if desired

Night positions include support from APPs (site dependent)

Requirements : MD or DO degree

Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Current Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)

Active DEA license

Team-first mindset and strong communication skills
