Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Bilingual (Spanish / English)

Clinic-Based | Colonial Heights, VA | Full-Time | $21.50–$26.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) play an important role in helping children with autism develop communication, social, and life skills. We are seeking a bilingual RBT fluent in Spanish and English to support families and children in our Colonial Heights, VA clinic. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule in a supportive, team-based environment focused on clinical excellence and compassion.

• Setting : Clinic-based (Colonial Heights, VA)
• Status : Full-time
• Reports To : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Compensation : $21.50–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and certification
• Language Requirement : Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
