As a Resource Counselor, you will work w ith caseloads in the areas of El Cajon, La Mesa, and Spring Valley, and y ou'll be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility, high performance, and forward thinking.

This position earns a starting range of $20-22 per hour, plus earn two incentives of $625 each after completing brief online trainings (a total of $1250 in extra pay before taxes)! To sweeten the deal, you can also earn a $1 per hour pay increase after completing a six-month development and performance program!

To be successful as a Resource Counselor at Community Interface Services, you'll need to possess a unique set of skills and qualities.

At minimum, we are seeking someone who has a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred), a passenger vehicle and safe driving record, able to pass a background check, and able to assess and make decisions to improve someone's wellbeing.
