Marketing Manager
Join our Leisure and Recreation team where you'll lead marketing efforts for our leisure management platform, Legend. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing strategic marketing plans that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and convert insights into measurable outcomes.
As the Marketing Lead for Legend, your responsibilities will include :
- Developing and leading marketing strategy : Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Legend, including campaign planning, programme architecture, tactical execution, content development, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Creating go-to-market plans : Drive innovative and effective multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new clients. This includes digital marketing, social media, events, and third-party partnerships.
- Executing integrated campaigns : Design and deliver impactful internal and external campaigns that support business growth, client acquisition, and revenue objectives.
- Driving performance and improvement : Apply best practices to optimise campaign success, ensure visibility of programmes, manage budgets effectively, and track results for continuous improvement.
- Measuring impact : Take ownership of campaign performance, regularly publishing scorecards and performance reports to share insights with stakeholders.
- Collaborating across teams : Work closely with global marketing colleagues to align on campaign strategies, creative direction, and performance goals.
- Managing project delivery : Coordinate deliverables by prioritising tasks and timelines to ensure high-quality execution.
- Acting as Product Marketing expert : Serve as the go-to marketing lead for Legend, partnering with sales teams and other departments to ensure alignment and support.
- Contributing to the broader brand : Play an active role in elevating the overall Xplor brand through your work on the Legend platform.
