Students will work alongside institute staff and industry partners to maintain critical IT services, implement secure practices, and ensure seamless operations across multiple labs and collaboration spaces.
Essential Functions
- Assist with IT system configuration, installation, and patching
- Support network management and connectivity in lab and office spaces
- Maintain asset inventory, user accounts, and access controls
- Provide first-level IT support to students, staff, and partners
- Ensure adherence to cyber and physical security protocols
- Support execution of research and operational IT initiatives
- Prepare reports, documentation, and technical demonstrations

Undergraduate Auburn StudentMust be a U.S. citizenMust have the ability to work 10+ hours per weekPreferred Qualifications
Undergraduate student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fieldInterest in IT / OT, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise system supportFamiliarity with Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms preferredStrong troubleshooting and documentation skillsAbility to communicate effectively and work in a team environmentPay Rate : $15.00 - $20.00 / hour (based on exp) | Work Hours : 10-20 hours per week
