Mechanical Assembler

PrideStaff is currently seeking Mechanical Assemblers for a well-established and respected manufacturing company located in Rockford, IL.

This is within a union shop!! You will be required to pay union dues after 30 days on assignment. Temp-to-hire after 30 days!

1st & 2nd shifts available. 10 hour shifts x 4 days. Must be available for OT!

$23 per hour + $1 shift differential

1st shift : 3am-1pm M-TH

2nd shift : 1pm-11pm M-TH

Requirements

MUST have previous manufacturing experience with assembling parts, utilizing hand / power tools, reading blueprints, and / or using precision measurement tools

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently

Great attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure

MUST be willing to cross-train in other areas

MUST be able to work overtime as needed

Steel-toe boots / shoes required
