Job Description

The Senior Right of Way Agent will join the Surveying & Right of Way Regional Support Team in New Braunfels, TX. Key responsibilities include :

• Title research : Using internal and external resources to determine land ownership and rights.
• Land acquisitions : Negotiating terms and conditions for easements, deeds, permits, access agreements, and licenses.
• Document preparation : Drafting legal documents related to fee and easement acquisitions.
• Negotiations : Engaging with the public, government entities, and clients regarding land matters.
• Resolving land and easement issues : Collaborating with stakeholders to address problems.

This role operates independently and in collaboration with company Subject Matter Experts and legal counsel.
