Job description?? What You'll Do : Oversee daily clinical operations and supervise Nursing Supervisors, Patient Care Coordinators, and field staff Conduct home visits and ensure quality of care aligns with Medicare and JCAHO standards Lead staff training, orientation, and ongoing education Chair the Quality Assurance Committee and drive performance improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations Collaborate with leadership on patient safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness Act as CLIA Director and participate in on-call rotations ? What You'll Need : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific) 2+ years of experience in home health nursing 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role Strong knowledge of Medicare CoPs, QA / QI programs, and EMR systems Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical assessment skills ? Bonus Points : Experience with pediatric and intermittent care Familiarity with CLIA, OSHA, and JCAHO standards
