About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Recruiting to spearhead its talent acquisition strategy and ensure the delivery of top-tier talent across all departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and maintaining a high talent bar, with a particular emphasis on engineering roles. This role involves close partnership with executives and department heads to forecast hiring needs, build scalable talent pipelines, and meet aggressive growth targets. The Head of Recruiting will also manage and mentor a small team, drive high-priority searches, and optimize recruiting processes to provide an exceptional candidate experience. A hands-on approach, strong project management skills, and expertise in a variety of recruiting tools are essential for this position.

Applicants for the Head of Recruiting role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years' in a leadership capacity within high-growth, fast-paced software startup environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling high-volume hiring, particularly in technical functions such as engineering, and experience in managing and developing recruiting talent at both junior and senior levels. The role requires a leader with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing team management with personal involvement in the full recruitment lifecycle. Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities are crucial, as is expertise in recruiting tools and the ability to leverage data insights for decision-making.
