Key Responsibilities
Define and execute growth strategies in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team
Oversee and optimize the performance of Business Development, Lead Generation, and Email Deliverability teams
Develop data-driven strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness and maximize ROI
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership role managing business development or sales-focused teams
At least 3 years of experience in a senior management role within Business Development or Sales Leadership
Strong recruitment, training, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Practical understanding of sales tools such as CRM platforms and lead tracking systems
