The Boeing Company is seeking a Product Data Management Specialist (Mid, Experienced or Senior Level) to join our Digital Engineering teams in Everett, Washington or Renton, Washington . This role offers the opportunity to support one of two focus areas : Export Compliance & Integration , where you will ensure compliance with export regulations and manage product data related to Boeing Proprietary Information (RBPI), or BOM Systems and Configuration Services , where you will support and lead processes governing the Engineering Bill of Materials (E-BOM) and Airplane-Level Bill of Materials (ALBOM). Both teams are dedicated to strengthening data integrity, compliance, and efficiency across the product lifecycle.
BOM Systems & Config Services
Primary focus areas include management and governance of Engineering Bill of Materials (E-BOM) and / or Airplane-Level Bill of Materials (ALBOM). Responsibilities include collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams to establish and standardize processes, implement PLM best practices, identify process gaps, and lead continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, data integrity, and traceability across the product lifecycle.
Position Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain assigned processes and process documentation.
Manage the statement of work (SOW) and budgets for development and sustaining activities.
Develop and implement process improvements that increase productivity and support aggressive cost and flow targets.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
Approve processes, technical approaches, and deliverables.

Export Compliance & Integration
This role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated group of professionals focused on ensuring compliance with export regulations while managing product data related to Boeing Proprietary Information (RBPI). You will define, document, and interpret product requirements to ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and company standards.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range (Level 3) : $85,000 - $115,000
Summary Pay Range (Level 4) : $107,950 - $146,050
Summary Pay Range (Level 5) : $127,500 - $172,500
