Compensation

$60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical design solutions, incorporating details and material technologies.
• Produce concise construction documents deliverables.
• Coordinate design through all project phases with other disciplines.
• Perform site surveys, assess existing conditions, and generate 3D scanning documentation.
• Review shop drawings, permit letters, and coordinate revisions with engineers and consultants.
• Travel for site surveys and existing condition assessments.
