Qualifications and Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a QSR restaurant facility
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent customer service and employee relations skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume situations
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in different temperature ranges
