Job description

As an Engagement Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting various aspects of client engagements and project functions. Your responsibilities will involve ticket management, procedural review, project support, schedule maintenance, team coordination, and adapting to an agile work environment with agility in shifting responsibilities as needed.

Ticket Management and Workflow Optimization

Initiate and manage tickets for new resources, partner resources, and other requests.

Optimize workflows and manage consulting ticket queues to ensure smooth and accurate progression.

Procedural Review and Documentation

Observe, validate, and create procedures and documentation.

Ensure compliance with established procedures when reviewing tickets.

Project Support and Scheduling

Develop and author project plans for customers and the PMO team.

Create project schedules and milestones, coordinating between customer needs and the PMO team for timely delivery.

Lead strategic planning for project management functions, including kickoff meetings, requirements gathering, reviews, and post-project assessments.

Team Coordination and Collaboration

Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to support efficient project execution.

Coordinate client communications, scheduling planning sessions, and discussions with Parex and US Cloud engineers.

Client Engagement and Communication

Engage with clients throughout project lifecycles, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications

2+ years of project management experience

5+ years in client service industry or large organization

Adapting quickly in an agile work environment, being flexible in assuming new responsibilities at short notice.

Fanatical Team-first and customer focused attitude

Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Exhibiting strong problem-solving skills, adept at analyzing challenges and implementing effective solutions.

Organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.

Experience working in a remote environment.

Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years project management administration / coordination (or administrative function)

Project Management certifications

Agile / ITIL certifications

Experience in IT service industry

Education and Training

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
