Job Description
The Project Developer - Community Solar will be responsible for
- Facilitate negotiations with landowners interested in our leasing or purchasing offers, ensuring the acquisition of site control agreements.
- Manage the interconnection process with utility companies, meticulously tracking milestones, deadlines, and associated costs.
- Obtain necessary land use permits and pre-construction approvals
- Foster and sustain positive relationships with landowners
- Provide support and coordination across various functional teams, including Site Selection, Origination, Legal, Finance, Construction, and Asset Management.

The Successful Applicant
The Project Developer - Community Solar will have
- Demonstrated experience in solar development.
- Capacity to conduct research and quickly grasp new processes for permitting or learning the interconnection application procedures
- Proficiency in building relationships and fostering consensus among key stakeholders.
- Consistent organizational skills to maintain efficiency.
- A passionate commitment to the renewable energy sector.

$120,000 - $150,000 base salary
