Operational Risk Manager

A company is looking for an Operational Loss Risk Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the bank's Operational Event Loss Data Management Program and enhance operational risk management practices

Assist business units in identifying and analyzing operational risk events and develop action plans to address control gaps

Produce analysis and reporting on operational risk frameworks and compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

4-8 years of relevant experience in Banking, Risk Consulting, Financial Services, or related fields

Experience with Operational Risk Management and Risk Frameworks

Knowledge of regulatory guidance pertaining to Enterprise and Operational Risk

Familiarity with Governance Risk and Control (GRC) tools, preferably Archer

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
