Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to partner closely with the Sales organization in driving financial insight, discipline, and strategic decision-making for our consumer goods operations. This role plays a key part in supporting revenue growth, optimizing trade investment, and improving overall business performance through data-driven analysis and forecasting

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Financial Planning & Forecasting : Lead financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting processes to support commercial planning and sales objectives.
• Business Partnership : Partner with sales and marketing leadership to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations that influence pricing, promotions, and go-to-market decisions.
• Variance & Performance Analysis : Conduct detailed price, volume, and mix analysis to assess performance drivers and communicate key findings to senior management.
• Strategic Modeling : Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, new product launches, and commercial initiatives.
• Revenue Management : Manage the accrual and tracking of trade spend, discounts, and promotional investments across channels to ensure accuracy and alignment with company policy.
• Profitability & Pricing : Evaluate customer and product profitability, support pricing recommendations, and analyze the financial impact of commercial decisions.
• Market Insights : Analyze market trends, customer dynamics, and competitive movements to assess their impact on sales performance and forecast accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the IS and Data teams to enhance ERP and reporting systems, streamline data management, and ensure robust visibility into commercial results.
• Compliance & Governance : Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial regulations, and corporate standards in all reporting and decision-support processes.
