WGL - Senior Business Analyst

We're seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll help shape the long-term direction of our business by analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the development of forward-looking strategies. You will :

• Support strategic planning and long-term business development through data analysis, market research, and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct in-depth industry research, with a focus on both core utility operations and emerging low-carbon technologies.
• Contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives, including board and executive committee presentations.
• Lead and monitor the execution of strategic projects, identifying risks and ensuring timely progress.
• Deliver clear, compelling presentations and updates to senior leadership and the Board.
• Provide project analysis, including tracking timelines, resources, and risks.
