Job Title : Construction Project Manager

Location : Columbus, OH

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Construction Project Manager :

#1. Must have a valid Drivers License

#2. Must have at least 10yrs of construction exp with at least 7yrs of Mgmt / Supervisory exp.

#3. Must have the ability to become prequalified as a CE-2.

#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10yrs.

Requirements of the Construction Project Manager :

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to become prequalified as a CE-2 with the Ohio Department of Transportation a plus.
• 10+ years of related experience are preferred.
• 7+ years of supervisory experience are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills are required.
