One of the fastest-growing GC’s in the Carolinas is urgently looking to hire two experienced Superintendents to lead multiple upcoming commercial projects across North & South Carolina. They are seeking driven and adaptable professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality construction work on time and within budget.

Our client specializes in large-scale commercial projects, including healthcare, education, industrial, and commercial developments. The ideal candidates will have a proven ability to oversee complex builds from start to finish, with experience managing projects in the $40-$50M+ range.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities for a variety of commercial projects
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Enforce and uphold strict safety procedures and compliance standards
• Deliver regular updates and progress reports to senior project management
