Job Description

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our reach with dealers, contractors, and industry partners. This role is designed to give you hands-on experience in sales execution, product knowledge, and field merchandising, setting you up to grow into a full territory management role.

Qualifications :

Techo-Bloc offers formal sales and product knowledge training and boasts the industry's most extensive video library for continued self-paced education. Starting salary for a Business Development Rep is $65,000 plus a performance bonus. However, the starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional and industry experience, education, and certifications.

Employees must frequently use a computer and mobile device. The employee is frequently required to communicate with other employees and customers. The employee is occasionally required to ascend and descend steps and ladders, bend, and kneel. Frequently operates motor vehicles to perform customer and dealer visits and outreaches. May occasionally use hand tools, power tools, and / or hardscape tools. Frequent exposure to the outdoor elements takes place.
